This Training Ppathway comprises of 4 modules, each lasting 1-day designed for customer-facing staff, such as service advisors, receptionists, and managers, working in independent vehicle repair workshops.
It provides the essential knowledge and skills in basic vehicle systems, to develop customer relationships, effectively communicate with technical teams, and increase workshop efficiency and profitability.

The Technical Service Advisor

The Effective Service Advisor

Module 3
Efficient Workshop Operations

Module 4
IMI Level 1 ADAS & EV Awareness

Whilst it is advised to follow the pathway in the listed order, modules can be attended in any order, and also as standalone modules.
Learners that have successfully attended courses with equivalent content can gain credit towards the full pathway upon submitting suitable evidence.
