Course Content
The course covers:

• An introduction to vehicle layouts
• An introduction to vehicle systems (Engines, Transmission, Steering, Suspension and Brakes, Electrics and Hybrid/Electric vehicles)
• An overview of maintenance requirements and why we advise serviceable items at given intervals
• A look into common system issues and common causes to include questioning techniques

To give a better understanding of vehicle systems, maintenance requirements and common issues that non-technical personnel may need to support customers with.
