Control Unit Programming using KTS :VSTD54

This course is for technicians who require training on using the KTS as a manufacturer vehicle interface. Practical test procedures and demonstrations will provide trainees with an in-depth working knowledge.

• Manufacturer portals (BMW, JLR, Peugeot, Opel/Vauxhall, Citroen, Nissan & VAG)
• Software updates
• Variant encoding
• ECU replacement & re-programming

Standard PC user skills

Attainment
On successful completion of VSTD 54, delegates will be able to:

• Confirm suitability of the PC and configure settings required for seamless operation
• Carry out software update of an ECU using KTS as the vehicle interface
• Carry out variant encoding of an ECU using KTS as the vehicle interface
• Carry out replacement & programming of an ECU using KTS as the vehicle interface
