Tail Lift LOLER, Service & Weight Test (for 2)

Handbooks are given out on the day and contains information to carry out LOLER, service, weight testing & fault finding on tail lifts.

The practical training is carried out on a one to one basis and lasts for one day.

Course Content
• A LOLER is carried and on completion will be required to answer questions about LOLER (open book)
• A SERVICE is carried out on the same lift to demonstrate the differences between a LOLER & a service and on completion will be required to answer questions about servicing tail-lifts (open book)
• A WEIGHT TEST is carried on the same lift (using test weights if available & if the lift is fit to be tested) and on completion will be required to answer questions about weight testing (open book)
• Carry out a LOLER and SERVICE on another lift combining these together by LOLERing each item and SERVICING the item
• Upon completion answer further questions (open book)

The training days can be extended to include more practical if required.
