SEG Level 2 Award in MOT Testing (Class 5)

This course provides technicians with the skills to carry out tests of Class 5 vehicles – private passenger vehicles, motor caravans, ambulances and dual-purpose vehicles in all cases with 13 or more passenger seats.

Prerequisite
To take this course, learners must meet the following criteria:

Have a level 2 testing certificate in class 4 & 7 vehicles

Passed an MOT demonstration test after getting your level 2 certificate

After you complete award in MOT Testing (Class 5), you will need to be observed completing a demo MOT test to receive your testers licence.
