P1: Technical Training for Truck

Accurate and efficient diagnosis is a requirement for success in the world of diagnostics. This course will ensure that you have a thorough understanding and knowledge of what is necessary to achieve a quick and accurate diagnosis and what elements should be implemented when facing vehicle problems.

Learning Outcomes

At the end of the course the candidate will be able to:

• Fully utilise the features and functionalities of the IDC5 software
• Interpret the results of the diagnostic tests in the Cursor and Tector Iveco engines
• Correctly replace components such as injectors, pumping units and electronic dryers
• Correctly complete the traditional maintenance operations on the main Mercedes, Volvo and MAN gearboxes (clutch replacement, clutch servo or actuators)
• Replace the control unit in the gearbox; carry out maintenance resets in Mercedes, MAN and Volvo vehicles
