IMI TechSafe CPD – Cabling and Component Testing

The IMI TechSafe CPD series of courses have been designed to support delegates to stay up to date and meet the IMI’s requirements to remain on the professional register.

Each delegate must achieve 18 hours of IMI recognised TechSafe CPD over 3 years. All courses have an emphasis on Health and Safety to encourage best practice and include both practical and theory-based assessments.

• Safety circuits
• Insulation monitoring
• Recycling
• 3 phase in electric motors
• Types of motors
• HV cables
• Equipotential bonding

Who is the Course for?

This course is aimed at holders of IMI Levels 3/4 Awards in Electric/Hybrid Vehicles to meet the requirements for remaining on the IMI TechSafe register.
