IMI Professional Development Programme

Highly interactive, bespoke Management Development Programme tailored for the independent automotive aftermarket

Designed to enhance understanding of leadership and management skills across 4 modules, each lasting 2 days to maximise business operations and growth.
Each module concludes with targeted actions and an End Point Assessment (EPA) to evaluate workplace learning application.
To gain IMI Accreditation upon completion of all modules, submit an evidence portfolio and complete a final EPA.

Whilst it is advised to follow the pathway in order, modules can be attended in any order, and also as standalone modules without IMI certification.
Upon submitting suitable evidence, learners that have successfully attended courses with equivalent content can gain credit towards the full pathway. (Final EPA for IMI recognition required.)
