IMI Professional Development Programme

Highly interactive, bespoke Management Development Programme tailored for the independent automotive aftermarket.

Designed to enhance understanding of leadership and management skills across 4 modules, each lasting 2 days to maximise business operations and growth.
Each module concludes with targeted actions and an End Point Assessment (EPA) to evaluate workplace learning application.
To gain IMI Accreditation upon completion of all modules, submit an evidence portfolio and complete a final EPA.
