This course offers comprehensive training on hybrid and electric vehicle high-voltage battery repair, focusing on safety and efficiency using the required equipment.

The training provides in-depth knowledge of lithium-ion battery cell chemistry and the use of Bosch high-voltage battery equipment for diagnostics, refurbishment, and repair. Participants will learn safety protocols, diagnostic methods, BMS operations, and the application of specialised Bosch service tools. Trainees will gain the essential knowledge to carry out safe and successful replacement of Lithium-ion battery modules in the high voltage batteries of the latest electric vehicles.
