Overview

EV/Hybrid eLearning

The Full Hybrid and Electrical Vehicles Training consists of four chapters designed to develop an understanding of High-Voltage systems from basic to expert levels.

It covers safety rules, High-Voltage architecture, component diagnosis, signals, measurements, batteries, and smart relays. Mechanics will learn through real measurements and case studies, gaining knowledge of High-Voltage systems, architectures, interactions, typical failures, and diagnostics using oscilloscopes and multimeters in High-Voltage circuits, thereby enhancing their skills in electrical and electronic circuits.

Courses in the Module

1. High Voltage Basic and Safety
This training module introduces electrification and high-voltage systems, emphasizing occupational safety. Technicians will learn to safely handle electric or hybrid vehicles and manage charging stations. The course focuses on identifying and mitigating risks before, during, and after repairs to ensure a completely secure and professional working environment for all.

2. High Voltage Fundamentals
This module covers every high-voltage component, including inverters, motors, batteries, interlocks, and smart relays. It explores physical principles, electrical schematics, and subcomponent interactions in hybrid or electric vehicles. Mechanics will master the high-voltage current loop—its creation, transformation, storage, and usage—to understand how all system elements work together.

3. High Voltage Basic Diagnostics
This module focuses on common high-voltage vehicle failures, diagnostic methods, and repair procedures. Technicians will master component diagnostics using tools like oscilloscopes and multimeters. You will learn to interpret signal readings, understand the impact of failures, and identify electrical issues based on real-world cases.

4. High Voltage Advanced Diagnostics + Battery
This advanced module targets battery-level diagnostics and components like relays, capacitors, and diodes. It explores interactions between batteries, inverters, and 12V systems, including BMS impact on performance. Mechanics will gain the expertise to perform complex diagnostics on high-voltage batteries and associated vehicle systems.
