BPW Axle and Suspension Maintenance Course

Course Summary

This course covers the development of axle and suspension systems and deals with maintenance and servicing issues. The benefit of a 2-day course allows the 4 modules; hub systems, drum brake, disc brake and air suspension to be covered in far more depth than the 1-day course and will also include tuition on module replacement techniques and diagnostics.

In our fully equipped workshop, there will be opportunities to gain valuable practical experience under supervision from our highly trained BPW personnel. To ensure that the necessary standards and knowledge have been achieved throughout the course. There will be a 40 question multiple choice test on the afternoon of the 2nd day.

Prerequisites

Delegates should be working within the HGV service and maintenance sector with knowledge of BPW hub systems, drum brake, disc brake and air suspension.

Who Should Attend?Anyone involved in the maintenance and repair of BPW – Hub Systems, Drum Brake, Disc Brake and Air Suspension.

Certification

Delegates who successfully complete this course will receive an accredited certificate from BPW with their test results printed on the reverse.
