Automotive Air Con Refrigerant Handling (L3 QCF) :AC1RHA
This DEFRA approved qualification, offers a single unit solution for experienced automotive Mobile Air Conditioning technicians. Technicians with the relevant training prerequisites have the opportunity to attain this award by this Assessment only method.
Comprising the final stage of the IMI Awards Level 3 QCF Award in Automotive Refrigerant Handling, this assessment will test the technician’s working knowledge of correct gas handling practice and EU F-Gas legislation.

An online test and practical test for the assessment of competency.
Prerequisites
We recommend that candidates who require formal training in Air Conditioning work attend our separate 2 day training course VSB26.
Alternatively candidates should bring evidence that they have attended previous air conditioning training from another training provider.
Remember to complete and email an IMI Candidate Registration Form to [email protected] at least 5 days prior to the course.
Failure to do so may result in not being able to undergo the course.
Attainment
Delegates successfully completing the IMI Awards online test and practical assessment of AC1 RHA will be certificated by IMI Awards. Under current legislation, it will provide certification for an unlimited period.
