Overview

ADAS eLearning

The module covers knowledge, diagnostics and calibration for ALL ADAS components and systems such as ACC, Braking Assist, Traffic Sign Recognition and Speed Limitation.

Including ultrasonic sensors, cameras and radar. The techniques will improve your skills through interactive learning and practical tests, diagnostic support, failure analysis and sensor calibration.

Courses in the Module

1. Rear View Camera with Park Assistant
This training presents a comprehensive rear-end system for a vehicle, which includes multiple ultrasonic sensors and a reversing camera.
It enables mechanics to learn about the physical limitations of the assistance system and how to diagnose various malfunctions.

2. Front Facing Camera, Active Lane Assist – Diagnosis & Calibration
This training covers active and passive lane change assistants, focusing on practical operation and calibration using diagnostic software, without mechanical camera adjustments.
Mechanics will test the lane assistant in various scenarios, evaluating its performance with analysis tools. Theoretical content is provided through an interactive e-learning course featuring videos and animations.

3. Traffic Sign Recognition (TSR) with speed control – Calibration
This training focuses on driver assistance systems, particularly the camera that detects and analyzes traffic signs, displays them, and manages speed automatically.
Mechanics will enhance their understanding and diagnostic skills by commissioning a complete ADAS system through practical and theoretical tasks.

Radar, Adaptive Cruise Control with Emergency Brake Assist Diagnosis & Calibration
This training covers dynamic distance control and the emergency brake assistant.
Mechanics will learn how Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) maintains speed and distance, while the emergency brake assistant prevents collisions. The course enhances understanding of ACC functionality, control strategies, and system components, with a major focus on radar sensor calibration.

5. LIDAR, Light Detection and Ranging – Diagnosis & Test
This training focuses on LIDAR systems within modern driver assistance technology. Mechanics will explore system design and function through e-learning, with an emphasis on diagnostics and typical malfunctions. Practical calibration exercises are included to prepare participants for direct application on real vehicles in professional settings.
